Business Use of Delivered Content

MrSmartWeb grants the featured business permission to use the final
approved content delivered by MrSmartWeb on its own website, social
media accounts and marketing materials.

I agree to tag or credit @MrSmartWeb whenever reasonably possible when posting the supplied content.

Raw, unedited footage is not included unless separately agreed upon.
The business may not sell, transfer or commercially license the content
to another party without written permission from MrSmartWeb.

I understand that identifiable customers or visitors should not be filmed without their permission.
